Currency and Pricing

• All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).
• The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. It includes the item price, the $4.99 shipping fee, and sales tax where required.
• We may correct pricing errors. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before shipping so you can confirm or cancel.

Secure Checkout

• Our checkout is processed by Shopify Payments and other secure payment providers.
• Your connection is encrypted during checkout.
• planth does not see or store your full card details. Payment information is handled by the payment provider.

When You Are Charged

Your payment method is charged when you place your order. If your payment is declined, the order will not be completed.

Failed or Suspicious Payments

To protect customers, we may review or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that fail verification. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
